Hala graduated from faculty of education, and she went into the field right after graduating back in 2006. Hala is OUTs line producer and executive director, which means shes the one whos involved in the project from the day its contracted, to the very end; she oversees the content, ideas, goal, execution, reaching the target audience and all the details in between. She worked at many places before as a freelancer such as El Karma Edutainment, Sat-7 Channel, Media House, Miracle Channel and many others.
